Easy Outsourcing Secrets

Easy Outsourcing SecretsOutsourcing is the key to putting your internet business on autopilot, and giving you the time freedom you’ve always dreamed of when you started in this crazy world of online marketing.  Nonetheless, outsourcing has its own pitfalls, and can prove to be a headache like anything else.

So… how do you avoid the basic Outsourcing Mistakes new marketers make when trying to take their business to the next level?

The answer to this question could literally save you hundreds of dollars, even thousands, and probably add a few years back to your life.

Easy Outsourcing Secrets

  • Know precisely what you want done, and organize it in a manner that’s clear, precise, and understandable.  If you have references be sure to include them with any websites or videos that may help relay the message to the person for hire.
  • State whether or not the work should be crafted for Search Engine Optimization or not.  For example, if it’s an article or video — determine what keywords should be used and how often, should the keyword be in the title tag, should H1-H6 tags be used, etc.
  • Never look for the cheapest source nor the most expensive.  Try to find someone with good ratings somewhere in between the two.  Look at customer testimonials and reviews before making a decision.
  • Don’t use the new guy.  I know everyone is the new guy at some point in time, but the new guy is a crap shoot, and I wouldn’t waste my time and energy on a long shot.
  • In the beginning, test several potential outsourcers to see which one responds in a timely and professional manner.  If you’re looking for long term work let them know, then make them aware that they are competing for the job.
  • If you have a website or blog, create a page for outsourcing procedures so the prospects will be able to access the project without continuously hassling you.

These are only a handful of easy outsourcing secrets that anyone could put to use today.  For more useful information feel free to browse our categories and capitalize on our work.

Don’t Neglect Customer Service

Monday, January 4th, 2010

Being invisible doesn’t mean you should neglect customer service.  So, don’t hide behind a computer and pile up those Benjamin Franklins, if you’re not prepared to deal with people.

You see… having an online business doesn’t exclude you from the principles and standards that were set in stone long before the World Wide Web.

Do understand you have a real business and should treat it that way.

In fact — you are the business.

So, don’t get lazy when the money starts rolling in, and forget about the lifetime value of your customer (also known as your LTV).

In order to remain profitable in any business, you must build a loyal customer base that trust and respect the way you do business.

If this sounds like to much work, outsource the service side of your business to a support team or help desk that deals solely in customer relations.

Or better yet — stick with affiliate marketing, where your job is to drive traffic to your affiliate’s website or squeeze page; you make money when someone purchases from your efforts, while someone else handles the customer.

This may sound like a lazy approach, however making a decent living as an affiliate marketer requires quite a bit of skill and determination, whether you’re novice or pro.

But… if you’re not totally committed to dealing with refunds and bickering customers, then affiliate marketing could be the perfect fit for you.

To wrap things up, don’t neglect customer service if you plan on quitting your day job.  And if the workload is too much for you, then maybe it’s time to hire someone who enjoys interacting with people.

Automatic Traffic Formula For You!!!

Thursday, December 31st, 2009

What would you pay for an Automatic Traffic Formula?  Think about it.

Real traffic… the kind that lets you sleep in late, travel without remorse, and live life to the fullest.

Now… I’m not promising you instant riches, just time freedom, and no — I’m not talking about blasting out a thousand emails a day, and having your site banned for spamming.

I’m talking about an automatic traffic formula that requires very little maintenance, and delivers laser targeted traffic.

But a system that works is gonna cost ya, and the price of freedom ain’t cheap; it never was, and it never will be.

However, today you can get the blueprint for about 5 minutes of your time.

That’s right… you’re trading time for dollars, but I must warn you, there’s no way to implement these strategies without spending some hard earned cash.

And if you’re brand new to internet marketing you need to face reality; you’ll never get a constant flow of targeted traffic for free without working your fingers to the bones.

Even with a mentor, a good traffic generating system requires a variety of tools that cost time and money.

So, before you quit your job, do understand there’s a learning curve and dollar figure standing in between you and your dreams.

Sorry, I had to get this out before moving on, because most people come online, buy an e-book, and you guessed it… yell rape!

O.k… digest this formula an experience true freedom.

First, set up a pay-per-click campaign with Google Adwords that focuses on one individual web page.  You’ll build your campaign and adgroup around the main keyword of one of your money pages.

You’ll set two adgroups and run a simple A/B split test to see which ad outperforms the other.  Keep the winner and replace the losing ad with another test ad.

Don’t worry about losing a lot of money, because you’ll have complete control over your daily budget, and besides, by keeping your ads really focused around one keyword you probably want even hit your daily budget, even if you bid  the minimum.

Now there’s more to PPC, but if you run laser targeted ads you’ll be able to earn while you learn, your ads will be extremely relevant to your copy, and testing and tracking will be super easy.

Just rinse and repeat for each of your money pages, and this simple method will remove the headache from pay-per-click.

Next, hire a writer to write 400-500 word articles that you submit to the top article directories for each of your money pages (start with Ezine Articles).

Each article should reinforce the theme of your web page (not your website), and should contain a resource box with a link pointing to your money page.

At this point you should have a PPC ad and an article pointing to the same web page.

Next, you should shoot a 3-5 minute video about the same web page and upload it youtube, viddler, metacafe, and maybe couple more of the top video sharing sites.

Don’t upload your video to more than 8 – 10 sites to prevent spamming the engines.

Now, bookmark your article and your video to a few of the social bookmarking sites like delicious, digg, stumbleupon, etc… this will add links back to your site for even more traffic.

Next, open a Twitter account and twit about your money page, your video, and your article.

Finally, ping your URLs, all of them, to let the search engines know you have new content that needs crawling or reviewing.

I know this sounds really simple, but it works very well.  The only drawback to making this system work in a major way is YOU!

To put this system on steroids and really take the automatic traffic formula to the next level, take the journey to Atlanta and come to one of our Super-6 Intensive.
